We take an indulgent amount of time to produce our preserves entirely by hand, in small batches using high quality ingredients to ensure the resulting mouthwatering and luscious tastes. If you are looking for goods that are made without the use of artificial preservatives, colours or flavours - you've come to the right place!

We are members of "The Guild of Fine Food" and also "Deliciously Yorkshire" representing top quality and all that's great about food and drink from Yorkshire and the Humber.

All of our products are made at our kitchen in Burley-in-Wharfedale and we are fully approved by Environmental Health.
