Cider Apple JamA wonderfully fruity, smooth and lightly spiced spreadable and versatile preserve. Fancy this Cider Apple Jam with pork and poultry (either as an alternative to apple sauce or use as a glaze), as a topping to toast or croissants, as a topping for ice cream or swirled in yoghurt.
